Return Policy 

Our gear is made for your pleasure,.The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch at customer.service@octodancer.com with photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip within a week's time!

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Can I exchange my Octodancer.com order?
The best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want—and keep the item you already have.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address
Please check your address information carefully before submiting your order. If the address you provided at checkout and order confirmation is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Wrong Size
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know at customer.service@octodancer.com and we'll get you sorted out.

Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
